The Practice appointment system provides appointments which can be booked on the day and in advance. Appointments are available online by registering with MHOL (My Health Online). If you are unable to attend please let us know by calling the receptionist or cancel your appointment using MHOL. This gives another patient the opportunity to see a doctor or nurse.

Appointments with a doctor, our nurses, Rhian and Sian or our HCSW (healthcare support worker) Sara, can be booked by calling the Practice and speaking to our receptionist. The receptionist will ask you the nature of your illness to ensure you are directed to the most suitable clinician. Our receptionists have all participated in signposting training and will handle your call confidentially and with sensitivity. Please let the receptionist know if you require additional assistance and will make arrangements to book you in at a suitable time. We have access to a translation service on site for our patients we will make adjustments for people’s sensory, communication, language and other needs, including making online services compatible with screen-readers.

Home Visits
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling 01685 811999 before 10.00am.
Telephone Consultations
If you would like to speak to a doctor or a nurse please ask the receptionist. Telephone consultation are appropriate for medication reviews and sick certifcation
